Why are some of my domains not eligible?

As you set up your Office 365, Business Email or Professional Email accounts, you may see some domains listed as not eligible or grayed out in the list. This is because you can only have a single email account type for each domain.

For example, you'll get an error message if you attempt to set up a Workspace account with a domain that is used by a Professional Email account.

The table shows you which email accounts can be switched to domains that have existing email accounts associated with them.
