Change the default interval for checking if the website is up

We ping your website according to the Monitoring interval. If that increases your server load, we recommend increasing the interval.

  1. Log in to your Pro account. (Need help logging in?)
  2. Click Pro Clients and select Pro Sites.
  3. Click Websites in the left sidebar.
  4. Hover over the website and click Open website dashboard.

  5. Click Uptime Monitor in the left sidebar and then click Uptime Settings in the upper-right corner.
  6. In the General section, select the Monitoring interval and then click Save Changes.
